    Nong Nooch Tropical Botanical Garden, Thailand

    Originally a fruit orchard, Nong Nooch was transformed into a botanical garden in 1980. It features numerous small gardens that take their inspiration from different parts of the world

    One of the most iconic gardens is the French garden (pictured), which was inspired by the gardens at Versailles. You will also find inspirations from other parts of Europe in the Italian and European gardens

     

    Originally a fruit orchard, Nong Nooch was transformed into a botanical garden in 1980.

    It features numerous small gardens that take their inspiration from different parts of the world.

    One of the most iconic gardens is the French garden, which was inspired by the gardens at Versailles. You will also find inspirations from other parts of Europe in the Italian and European gardens.

    However, there's also gardens focusing on bonsai, Caribbean plants and orchids.

    Ticket prices are 400 Baht (£7.72) for international visitors and the park is open seven days a week year round.
