International Day for the Eradication of Poverty: Settle down everywhere (4)

Abandoned wells, temporary tents along the street, stone benches beneath trees, mud houses in slums… In the corners we never pay attention to, homeless people continue their hard life. The United Nations’ (UN) International Day for the Eradication of Poverty has been observed on Oct.17 every year since 1993. The theme of 2014 is leaving no one behind: think, decide and act together against extreme poverty.
