China will always be true friend, partner to Latin America and Caribbean: Xi

"No matter how the world changes, China will always stand by Latin American and Caribbean countries as a good friend and a good partner," President Xi Jinping made the remarks at the opening ceremony of the fourth ministerial meeting of the China-CELAC (Community of Latin American and Caribbean States) Forum in Beijing on Tuesday.
