On November 13, the People’s Government of Yunnan Province issued a public announcement approving the withdrawal of nine counties, including Lancang Lagu Autonomous County in Puer City.
Lancang County, with a total area of 8807 square kilometers, is the second largest county in Yunnan Province and is a famous poverty county.
