NANNING, June 20 -- Seven people were trapped in a quarry collapse Monday morning in south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, firefighters said.
The accident happened around 8:15 a.m. at a quarry in Shazi Township of Pingle County, with seven trapped and another injured, said an officer with the fire department of the county.
Rescue is still under way.
