Hundreds of fighter jets conducted the largest-scale air war competition.

China’s air war competition, which is also known as "Golden Helmet", was held on Sept. 2 2014. 170 fighter pilots attended the competition. This is the largest-scale competition held by the Air Force in northwestern China. The completion lasted for a month. Four “Golden Helmet” competitions had been held as of 2014.
