On the morning of Jan. 24, 2015, as one of the best parts of 2015 Pu'er Coffee Culture Week, Nationwide Pu'er Coffee Taste & China Finals of the 3rd "China Pu'er Coffee Cup" World Syphon Competition were held in Pu'er City.

The competition had been held previously in 11 co-host cities, including Lanzhou, Suzhou, Wuhan, Qingdao, Taipei, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Changsha, Beijing, Harbin, Pu'er, etc. The Syphon Competition has already become a significant event affecting the development of China's coffee industry.
