BEIJING, Sept. 3 -- The Chinese government and the European Commission will hold the second meeting of China-EU high-level people-to-people dialogue on Saturday in Beijing.

Foreign Ministry spokesperson Qin Gang told a daily press briefing that Chinese Vice Premier Liu Yandong and European Commissioner for Education, Culture, Multilingualism and Youth Androulla Vassiliou will co-chair the meeting.

The first China-EU high-level people-to-people dialogue was held in Brussels in April, 2012.
